Early this morning, it is reported that a Durban Metro Police Officer fatally murdered his girlfriend and a fellow officer.
Right present, the 27-year-old officer is being held.
According to Robert Netshiunda, a police spokesperson, a murder case is being looked into.
According to reports, the male fatally stabbed the woman when they were reportedly having drinks. Additionally, it has been stated that the suspect recorded and shared images and videos of the woman drawing her last breath to a number of recipients, posting them on social media. It’s unclear what may have caused the stabbing, even if alcohol and other drug usage may have contributed to similar acts. Tuesday is the suspect’s scheduled court appearance, according to Netshiunda.
