American Actor Johnny Wactor Has Been Shot Dead in Los Angeles

US actor shot dead during attempted car theft

A robber attempting to take a part from American actor Johnny Wactor’s automobile shot him dead in Los Angeles. After interfering with three men as they tried to remove the catalytic converter from his parked car, the 37-year-old sustained deadly injuries.

Wactor, who starred in the American soap series General Hospital in the past, was declared dead early on Saturday.
He was described as an “outstanding human being” by his agent David Shaul to Variety.

“He would literally give you the shirt off his back,” he said.He will always have a void in our hearts after more than ten years of dating.

Scarlett Wactor, Wactor’s mother, told NBC4 that her son found a stranger fiddling with his car after coming from work.
He went up to the man to find out what was going on, thinking it was being towed, not realizing there was any risk, and he was shot right away, she claimed.

She called the killing of her son “senseless” and informed the outlet that the suspect left with two other males. Because they can contain valuable metals that can be sold, thieves target catalytic converters with great interest.

In downtown Los Angeles, the event took place near the intersection of South Hope Street and West Pico Boulevard. There have been no takedowns.

Wactor, who was born in South Carolina, was described as “truly one of a kind and a pleasure to work with each and every day” in a tribute posted by General Hospital producers.

Wactor appeared in two episodes of HBO’s Westworld and starred in the 2013 NBC series Siberia in addition to a two-year run on the show.
