Cape Town, Umhlanga, and Sandton Have Been Identified as Some of the Priciest Locations in Africa.

Africa is available for business in 2023, according to Henley & Partners’ Africa Wealth Report 2023, despite its many obstacles, aspirations, misconceptions, and unfavorable worldwide publicity.

Africa “naturally holds the greatest potential for investment prospects, given that it is the continent with both the youngest and fastest growing populations,” the research stated.

The survey also showed that over the next ten years, there will be a 42% increase in the number of high-net-worth individuals on the continent.

The continent of Africa is home to 2.4 trillion USD in investable wealth as of December 2022, according to significant statistics.

23 billionaires, 328 centimillionaires, and 138,000 millionaires, as well as the “Big 5” wealth markets of South Africa, Egypt, Nigeria, Kenya, and Morocco, are among the continent’s population, according to the research.

There are 98 centi-millionaires living in South Africa, making the country’s high centi-millionaire count especially noteworthy.

In this case, centi-millionaires are usually the founders of major multinational corporations, which makes their presence in a nation very advantageous for job creation.

According to the Henley & Partners Centi-millionaire report, South Africa tops the list of wealthiest cities in Africa and has the highest number of expensive cities for centi-millionaires.

The worldwide wealth intelligence company New World Wealth contributed the centi-millionaire numbers included in the Centi-Millionaire Report.

As of June 2023, these are the ten most costly locations in Africa for centimillionaires.
