First appearing on Mzansi’s big screens in 2017 was polygamist and businessman Musa Mseleku and his family on the Mzansi Magic reality show Uthando Nesithembu. The reality show taught the entire nation how the Mselekus, a family of four wives to one guy, managed to get by.

Mzansi fell head over heels in love with MaCele, MaYeni, MaKhumalo, and MaNgwabe, the wives of Musa Mseleku, some even choosing their favorites.
The wives together have ten children, a figure Musa hoped could be doubled. When MaCele, MaYeni, and MaNgwabe said in one season that they had no desire to have additional children, the polygamist felt compelled to ask to take on a fifth wife.

The vivacious and upbeat MaKhumalo has held positions in the media and the family company. Season two of the reality series The Real Housewives of Durban included her. Along with her sister wives, she is a member of Igumbi Lamakhosikazi and an event MC and radio broadcaster.
MaKhumalo is the mother of Musa’s son Mpiloenhle even though she has not given birth.
Number Four Wife, MaNgwabe
Registered nurse Mangwabe had to stand back from managing the company’s operations with the other spouses in order to focus on her studies. The mother of two refused to bend when it was brought up at a meeting that the others wanted her to take her part in the family business more seriously. MaNgwabe participates in the chat show hosted by the wives as well.
Mawande and Zenande are the names of her two girls.

Tucked down in Umzumbe, Kwa-Madlala, is the family’s magnificent homestead. The South African said that he and his four wives share a big estate with several double-story houses on it, where the reality show is filmed.
Cars owned by Mseleku’s spouses Among the 15 premium vehicles owned by Musa are a Mercedes Benz ML SUV and a Toyota Prado V8. Reported briefly earlier, in 2019 he gave each of his wives a brand-new Mercedes Benz C180.
Companies owned by Musa Mseleku Musa started out in journalism with Durban Youth Radio before moving to SABC News. Musa’s career progressed to include managing the Phiwe Ukufunda programme, which assists those in need, and working in community development at Ugu District Municipality. Later, the entrepreneur founded Mseleku Holdings, a business operating in the media, entertainment, mining, construction, and real estate industries.
