Metro FM interview with actress Mmabatho Montsho is a blue tick. Drama broke out on social media when actress Mmabatho Montsho, the wife of EFF MP Mbuyiseni Ndlozi, gave Metro FM the cold shoulder just hours before she was scheduled to appear on the station.
Because Montsho thought the broadcast supported “Zionist apartheid” (the conflict between Israel and Palestine), she boycotted her interview with Metro FM. On her Twitter (X) page, the celebrity posted a tweet rejecting the interview. She wrote:
“I appreciate you letting me know that the program backs Zionist apartheid. I refuse to participate in the interview. Please join the 1,000 drums for Palestine at 10am on Constitution Hill if you’re in Johannesburg. We also have fantastic free movie screenings. Liberate Palestine.
Many internet users applauded and praised the star’s decision shortly after she posted the tweet on social media.
