Moja Love warns Xolani Khumalo, the former host of “Sizok’thola,” Moja Love has hired attorneys to represent former “Sizok’thola” host Xolani Khumalo, who is currently being held on drug-related murder charges.

Moja Love spokeswoman Nonzwakazi Cekete said in a statement that they have found out Khumalo has been filming a show for the channel while posing as Sizok’thola.

“The Embassy of the Democratic Republic of the Congo and the Consulate General of Nigeria have been complaining to Moja Love about unfortunate incidents that occurred during filming involving attacks on their citizens.”

“Moja Love disassociates itself from the rogue operations and wants to clarify that the property being filmed is not the channel’s.

“Xolani Khumalo is violating the law by using the notion of “Sizok’thola,” which is the intellectual property of Moja Love. The statement said, “The channel has sent him a cease and desist letter and we will do everything in our power, within the law, to stop him.”

Last year, Khumalo lost his job as Sizok’thola host. Recently, Moja Love disclosed that Xolani Maphanga, the channel’s X-Repo anchor, will take over for him.

His termination is related to the passing of Robert “Kicks” Varrie, a drug dealer, who was the target of a drug bust at his Katlehong residence on July 19, which the Sizok’thola crew was there for.

After turning himself in to the Katlehong North Police Station in September, Khumalo was charged with murder and later released on R20,000 bail.

State prosecutor Pheello Vilakazi informed the court in November that Khumalo was facing extra counts of robbery with aggravating circumstances and malicious property damage.

More murder charges are being made against Khumalo, according to Sunday World.

The anti-drug activist is charged with murdering yet another alleged drug dealer after ambushing him at the Y2K nightclub on March 20 alongside his group and the cops. Heriter Abuba, a Congolese male, is the purported victim.

John Wembo, his brother, claims that Abuba sustained multiple beatings and abdominal kicks.

Wembo claimed that Khumalo and the group did not call for an ambulance until they realized Abuba was near death.

“Sadly, my brother passed away following his hospital admission,” he stated.
