Carl Niehaus, a former member of the African National Congress (ANC) and current head of the African Radical Economic Transformation Alliance (Areta), has defended his wife’s performance of the “Come Duze” challenge while wearing EFF regalia.
When Niehaus triumphantly shared a photo of his wife Noluthando Mdluli completing the Duze challenge while wearing full EFF regalia on X this week, he was taking aim at the ANC.
“My spouse, Nolie Mdluli, participating in the “Come Duze” task while wearing our EFF South Africa outfit. Funny how the ANC members are now upset as though they initiated the challenge.
Watch Nolie Mdluli, the wife of Carl Niehaus, take on the “Come Duze” challenge.
Voetsek
The “Come Duze” challenge began when a video of a man dancing to Vetkuk, Mahoota, and DJ Maphorisa’s song Bula Nthweo while sporting ANC gear became viral on TikTok.
Niehaus was pleased with his wife’s “Come Duze” dare, but one X user wasn’t feeling the love.
“Ladies, this is why it’s crucial that you stay in school. Have a look at this young lady who can now clearly identify the appearance of an elderly white ballsack. She wouldn’t have blushed in school,” wrote @xenofinna72614.
Never mess with Niehaus
Niehaus, however, countered with a caustic remark of his own on X.
“You filthy piece of crap. You dare not make fun of my wife. How well-informed are you about my spouse’s background, experience, and line of work? You mess with me, you mess with Nolie Mdluli, and I guarantee you don’t want to deal with me. Go find another place to urinate your disgusting, sexist garbage. Voetsek!
