Dumisani Ndlazi, also known as Rough Diamond, is her ex-boyfriend, and Nonku Williams is warning him to quit bothering her and her family.
Since the reality TV personality accused RD of stealing from her, the ex-lovers have been embroiled in a legal battle. The businessman threatens to sue her if she doesn’t apologize.
Nonku responded with a letter via her attorney, Donovan Reedy of Reddy INC:
Given the situation, we are required to request that your client give us a formal commitment promising to stop pestering our client by getting in touch with her relatives or business acquaintances. We are directed to start the appropriate legal action to prevent your client from providing the needed undertaking if your client fails to do so. It goes without saying that we will pursue punitive order costs against your client should our client be required to operate in such a manner.
Conversely, should the necessity arise, we reserve the right to respond to it in greater detail at the proper time and in the appropriate forum. The customer strongly refutes the accusations of misconduct mentioned in your letter that is being replied to.
In response, Ndlazi threatened to sue her for defamation.
In response to the charge of slander, he stated, “I looked after everyone in that family.” I even celebrated her mother’s birthday. It’s funny that she claims I’m bothering her family while her mother continues to phone and tell me I’m the ideal guy for her daughter.
