One can only wonder if this week’s subject has unsettled the housemates more than meets the eye after a night of wager preparations. Although overcoming anxieties is never simple, the roommates have found it difficult since they have devoted much of their Wednesday night to selecting their movie sequences, coming up with ideas, and polishing the script.
Biggie gave each housemate eight sheets for eight scenarios, a pen, and a pencil yesterday. One pen and pencil made sure of that. As he said, the wager’s success will also depend on how effectively they cooperate. By evening, the housemates had finished writing their scripts and had to begin practicing their lines.
Following dinner, everybody got to work getting ready for practice. Prior to the preparations, HoH Mpumi had to make an announcement since she was frustrated. Mpumi cried, “I am not usually one to call things out.” She addressed the problems right away, voicing her displeasure that people were not following her instructions. Her lecture proved effective, as the housemates got together in groups and began practicing their scary movie.
Whereas Jareed practised with Liema, Zee with YoungPappi, Sinaye with Els, and Yolanda practised with PapaGhost. For the housemates, it wasn’t all labor, though. Jareed mentioned that Liema enjoyed his farts, and Els said she was hoping to find “the one.”
There is still a lot of uncertainty over the screenplay, and the housemates are still working through the sections to figure out how they go together. If they win their wager today and get to see the greatest horror movie, only time will tell!
