Pep Guardiola Has Declared His Favourites For The Premier League Title After His Side Dropped Points Against Arsenal

Following a goalless draw with the Gunners at the Etihad on Sunday night, the Citizens were unable to take the lead in the standings.

The reigning league winners, Liverpool, are currently three points ahead of the defending champions, who Guardiola views as favorites.

According to the club website, the City coach stated, “Arsenal is an exceptional team, well managed and the players are good [but] my point of view still we are the team.”

We can improve on a lot of things, but overall, I’m happy. I told the team not to be depressed. My players tried it, and I know how they act. Arsenal deserves my praise.

“If we are not the team, we will not be present at the FA Cup semi-final, the Champions League quarterfinal, or the Premier League championship match.”

“We are there, but we want to win. It was a conflict. Although it was a close game, I can tell how they train.

Are Liverpool the current favorites? Indeed. Whoever is first is always my favorite. Arsenal is the runner-up favorite. We are third. It’s not under our control.

“We can only attempt to win the game against Aston Villa.

“We were favorites when we were at the top because it was in our control, but it’s not now.”
