Politicians are Using Their Finest Dance Routines to Gather Votes as Election Season Approaches

As the pre-election celebrations heat up as politicians attempt to dance their way to the polls for the 2024 General Elections next month, it’s a silly season for South Africa’s political parties.

Due to the success of their TikTok dancing challenge, MP Mbuyiseni Ndlozi and EFF leader Julius Malema are currently trending on social media. The EFF was in Dobsonville, Soweto, unveiling their provincial manifesto. Watch the video below.

The African National Congress (ANC) conducted its election manifesto campaign over the weekend in Galeshewe, Kimberley. Fikile Mbalula, the party secretary-general, delighted fans by mimicking the well-known dance routines of Thabang “Skomota” Sefala, the viral phenomenon.
