Regarding Jacob Zuma’s Accident, a Man has Been Arrested

According to KwaZulu-Natal police, a 51-year-old male was detained and accused of driving while intoxicated, careless, and negligent. The official armored state vehicle of former President Jacob Zuma and the man’s car collided. Zuma and his guards were inside the car at the time of the crash.

Members of the Presidential Protection Services (PPS) were not among those hurt. After being evacuated, the former president was brought to his home. The collision occurred at approximately 6:40 p.m. on the R66. On Tuesday, the man is scheduled to appear before the Eshowe Magistrate’s Court.

The uMkhonto weSizwe had earlier asserted that Zuma was involved in foul play in the car accident. Zuma was a target, according to MK head of elections in the province, Musa Mkhize.
