John Berry, Tereza’s father, and Joey, her mother, welcomed her into the world in 1969. After fighting melanoma cancer for more than a year, her father passed away.

The Mrs. South Africa beauty pageant was won by Tereza Troskie from 1999 to 2020. She had already won 22 beauty pageants when she entered the tournament.

In 1995, Tereza Troskie wed Boet Troskie, a millionaire businessman. Boet was a judge at the Miss Northern Cape competition where the two first met. Jamie, their son, was born in 1998.
Following their dramatic divorce in 2002, she left Troskie’s estate in Bloemfontein, Eden. The model says she took only R216,000, some clothes, ornaments, and jewelry with her when she left the estate.
Bennie Herbst wed Tereza Troskie. Tereza even assisted him in proposing to his fiancée, with whom he was friends with the family. Following her split with Boet, she began dating Bennie.
Following a twelve-year romance and a three-year engagement, they tied the knot in 2014 and brought Jamie up together. After suffering multiple miscarriages, Troskie had her uterus removed at the age of 48. Cervical cancer was thought to be caused by cancerous cells.
Jayden Ben, their child, was born. After drinking milk, the child’s parents found blood in his nose, which led to the child’s death. Tereza has an Ilana Herbst as a sister-in-law.
