Zozibini Tunzi, a former Miss Universe and Miss South Africa, has had the opportunity to experiment with many hairstyles to showcase her beauty. It was recently revealed that Tunzi will be the new Dark and Lovely representative for the ground-breaking product.
Dark and Lovely has been at the forefront of Afro hair care innovation for nearly 50 years, and they have now launched a serum to help stimulate hair.
When discussing her experience with the Dark and Lovely Pro Collection, Tunzi remarked that it resonates with her as, as a child, she always wanted she was the little girl on the product’s packaging.
“My journey with hair has been quite lengthy; it started with my short hair, which helped me win Miss Universe and Miss South Africa,” Tunzi remarked.
“I’m currently redefining who I am through different hairstyles.”
An Exquisite Voyage
She feels that it’s critical for black women to embrace their natural African hair.
“Right now, my hair journey is really wonderful. Sincerely, I didn’t pay much attention to taking care of my short hair while I chopped it frequently.
“I learned how important it was to nourish my hair when I started growing it, and I started learning how to take care of my hair.”
She stated that, in her opinion, confidence and finding what speaks to oneself are the most crucial things for someone just beginning their hair journey.
“When I first started my hair adventure, I received a lot of advice from strangers on what moves and how I should show myself.
However, feeling as though your hair and you are one entity is the most significant aspect of hair. Because hair is a part of who we are, discover what it is that makes you shine.
