The City or its approved service providers will collect these trash cans once a week.
Furthermore, applications for additional waste bins are highly encouraged from families with backyard residents. in order to handle the amount of garbage produced. The goal of this project is to reduce incidents of unlawful dumping and encourage community-wide, appropriate garbage disposal practices.
How to Get a Waste Bin For Homeowners
Residents can get a garbage bin in the following ways:
Step 1: Residents can obtain an application form in a few different ways, such as by going to a waste management depot or customer service center, downloading it from the official website, or sending an email to [email protected] requesting it.
Step 2: Residents can either drop off the completed form at any appropriate customer care center or trash management depot, or they can submit it online to [email protected].
Step 3: A job card will be issued after the application has been completed and entered into the SAP system.
Step 4: The waste bins will be delivered by a committed crew, who will notify the resident as soon as the delivery is planned.
Step 5: The resident has to sign the job card to attest to receiving the trash can when it is delivered. There are also possibilities for self-collection for residents who would rather use this approach.
Step 6: Monthly billing at a tariff rate authorized by the authorities will start after bin delivery.
